GP Forum Limited fully respects and complies with the ABPI's Code of Practice.
The exhibition is in a private area away from members of the public where all the delegates will attend for refreshments.
We will be supplying a table, two chairs and refreshments for up to two at your stand. Any extra personnel at your stand will be charged £50 to attend. Exhibition stand fees are VAT exempt.
Tablecloths, extension cables and exhibition-panelling etc are to be supplied by the Exhibitor.
We shall require all Company Representatives attending our meetings to sign in on the day and provide contact details, this is a health and safety requirement and also helps us to monitor our event in line with the ABPI code of practice.
Whilst every effort is made to attract GPs and other primary care medics from the local area, GP Forum Ltd cannot be held responsible for the numbers of attendees from any one area or indeed their professional status.
A full list of attendees giving names and surgery addresses will be available on the day only.
Stand Bookings

In the interest of the environment we would prefer to reply,confirm bookings by e-mail. We require a mobile contact number to be included on all e-mails / correspondence.
Ways to Pay
BACS payments - bank details available on request.
Cheques - made payable to GP Forum Ltd - Contact us for address details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an event by a company representative must be made in writing / e-mail.
Cancellation 2 weeks or more before the event will not be charged for. If cancellation is received after this time the stand must be paid for in full. Failure to attend, without prior notice, all stands will be charged for.
Adverse / Severe Weather Conditions
Should GP Forum Ltd staff and speakers manage to attend and the meeting runs as planned, no refund will be available.
On the day of the meeting should weather conditions make it impossible to go ahead with the meeting for health and safety reasons then we will notify all representatives by telephone and where possible through our Website. Every effort will be made to re-schedule the meeting and a transfer offered, if this is not possible a full refund of the stand fee only, will be made. GP Forum Ltd cannot refund travel expenses or other incurred expenses under any circumstances.
Data Protection
By supplying your details and using our website, you are giving us permission to send mailings of our future meetings to you. You can unsubscribe at any time by e-mailing us : info@gpforum.com, your details will then be removed from our database.
GP Forum Ltd does not share your details with any third parties.
