SEXUAL ASSAULT & FORENSIC GYNAECOLOGY, FEMALE SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION IN PRIMARY CARE, INFERTILITY - CONTROVERSIES & TREATMENTS, RECENT ADVANCES IN CONTRACEPTION - the long-acting reversible methods (LARCS): Implanon, Cerazette as 'oral implanon', Depo-Provera (DMPA), banded copper IUDs, Mirena (the IUS). A minimum of 30 minutes of this session will be an update on intrauterine contraception with respect to eligibility, counselling, fitting and follow-up. GUIDELINE CHANGES, controversies and useful tips: missed pills, 365/365 pill-taking; migraine with aura; management of breakthrough bleeding; depot contraception and bones; late injections.
